Miyabi "Koh" 170mm Nakiri Debado Artist: MrThis nakiri in Miyabi's Koh series is made of FC61 fine carbide stainless steel in San Mai construction. Heat treated and ice hardened to 61 HRC, the Kasumi polished blade offers very good edge retention. The blade that features a rounded heel smoothly extends to the stainless steel bolster, and the octagonal pakkawood handle is fitted with a mosaic pins.
